Clara's First Dentist Appointment

We brought Clara in for her first dentist visit!

Clara and Dr Jason!

She doesn't really like her "bib."

Ellen had her appointment too - rocking the boots.

Grandma and Grandpa visit!

Grace had a splinter and Grandpa worked on getting it out.

Grandma and I were so excited because baby MOSES was born!
It was so fun to be together when we heard the news.

Grandpa played board games with the older girls.  Sorry!
Grandpa also spent time watching Clara!

Clara 5 months

Here are some photos centered around Clara.  She is 5 months old in these photos.

We bought her a brand new exersaucer.  Her feet don't reach the bottom.
Dressed for the day and waiting in her crib.  She loves her sweater set and leg warmers.
Happy to see Ellen.  They share a room.
Fussed in her rocker, no one came to get her so she fell asleep!
 Happy Baby!
Sleeping with her favorite toy - Sophie!

Christmas According to Clara

Acting out the birth of Jesus... Rita is Mary, Sam is Joseph, Ellen is the angel, and Clara is Jesus.  (Grace - not pictured - was the innkeeper)  This was a fun thing we did this year for Christmas that the kids loved.  We did it Christmas Eve and Christmas morning.  It was choatic.

Thank you mommy for my new "Sophie" the giraffe.

Thank you mommy for my new baby doll and my purse.

Christmas According to Rita and Grace

Rita loves her shoes!
Grace loves her arts and crafts!

After opening the most amazing ukuleles from a family friend who lives in Hawaii, the girls opened up their IPod Shuffles.  Ahhhhh!
The best was yet to come... go into the backyard and look at your last gift!
A TRAMPOLINE!

Christmas According to Ellen

It was so cute on Christmas how much she loved her Hello Kitty Squekies and her new PlayDoh kit.

Winter Festival!

Sammy also had a performance at school but his was during the day.  It was more of a winter festival sing-a-long.  It was fun to be with him and we have been singing all the songs from that day for the past two weeks. They were very catchy and had a lot of hand motions.  I wish I had more hand motions but I had a baby in my hands.

Here is Sam and Ellen getting ready to sing...

This was the new sign that they put up at school after the horrible shooting in Connecticut.  I really appreciate this new policy and I know it is a little more difficult now for the office staff.

School Christmas Concert

The girls sang in a beautiful annual tradition - their school's Christmas concert.  It was beautiful.  The children are all dressed up for Christmas and it is such a festive atmosphere.  One of the highlights of my Christmas this past year.

 After the concert...
My parents came and I was glad they were able to.  Nate was at home with sick kids so it was nice to have family there with me.
